Hey everyone! I want to thank everyone who purchased from me this holiday season! I know USPS has been delaying a lot of packages and some still haven't been delivered. I am doing everything I can on my end (filling out missing package claims and messaging customers if I hear back anything useful) Packages are not lost - just taking a lot of time to be processed and transported.
Because of this... I was able to get a commercial account with UPS which is almost the same shipping cost on my end as if I was shipping with USPS. Customers can now choose which shipping carrier they want me to ship with. UPS Ground is 1-5 business days (depending on location - I ship from Buffalo, NY) Use the estimated delivery dates I created as a guide (remember delays due to the pandemic and weather can still happen)
I will have 3 new designs being added this week. Keep a look out :)
